I found an article by Deborah Gaskil thought it would be useful to anyone considering building a house – if it is a small house plan, a seating plan or garage plan apartment.
Deborah eight steps are:

1. Make a list of all your priorities.
2. Choose three different plans to take a final decision.
3. Includes the possibility of future expansions to your home.
4. Make sure the furniture (or furniture you already own or plan to own) fits well and you have enough space to easily move your space. Pay attention to your dining room (s) so there is enough room for your chairs to be removed to sit comfortably at the table. If there will be a staircase / hour, make sure there is enough space (width and height) to move furniture and output.
5. Plans should flow from the kitchen sink and stove to the refrigerator and have enough counter space to function without the means of movement is tight. Always plan an area of great guy in the kitchen larder. It saves a packet in the office of the Council of Ministers and helps keep things in an easy to access.
6. The bathrooms are spa-like today. Decide if you want more size shower, toilet and even a place for a television. Italian showers are affected.
7. Just consider having a laundry room on more than one floor of your house. It only makes sense such that you will not have to carry loads of laundry up and down the stairs.
8. If you want to sew, paint, craft, and as such is a good idea to design your area to “play”. This room should be organized from the beginning so you can work without hindrance to your creativity.

Okay, I have ideas flowing? Think of all the little things that are important in everyday life and things that are special to you and your loved ones. If you love to sit on the couch and read the rest sexy thriller, make sure to select the location (is fine) before you build your house. If you love to entertain, to make sure you select the plan to build the house, allowing guests comfortable accommodations. As you see, select the plan takes thought and time. So do not rush. You will be much better than taking the time and think through all the little things.

I did not until I came across this e-book titled “How to build your house for free.”

The guy, who wrote the book, ES McArthur, says he will ensure that you can own a brand new, high quality, custom dream home in a few months. He also said you can have that new house for only 58% of the price, you can immediately refinance or sell for … or better yet, the new house could cost you anything.
